YD Atto3 Tow Bars now available
In conjunction with EV Stealth Solutions , AEVA is proud to arrange and announce that the first towbar for the BYD Global ATTO3 has been designed and manufactured here in Australia. An AEVA member from NSW kindly volunteered their vehicle to undergo a 3D scan, where a prototype was then made, fitted and tested with great success. The towbar is certified to match the ATTO3’s tow rating of 750kg, with a maximum ball weight of 75kg. It has been designed so that there is no rear-bumper cut-out, therefore maintaining the vehicle’s original appearance.
EV Stealth Solutions provides hitches, tow bars and complementary accessories to the Electric Vehicle market of Australia. Their goal is to accelerate the EV transition by expanding and enhancing the experience for all EV owners. For this particular project with AEVA, EV Stealth Solutions partnered with Carasel in Sydney; a family owned business that has been manufacturing towbars for over 65-years. All their towbars will be honoured with a lifetime warranty.
EV Stealth Solutions has agreed to make these available to AEVA members in the first instance. The first bookings will take place in Sydney before Christmas, followed by the rest of the country in the new year.
