Our membership system will accept credit card payment via the secure online platform called Stripe.
If you don't want to use credit card, we can take payments using other methods.  Here are our preferred methods, in order of how easy they are for us to process:

  1. Credit Card online (really easy!)
  2. Direct Deposit (processed manually by the national treasurer and the membership secretary)
  3. Cash in person at a meeting (processed manually by the branch treasurer, then confirmed by the national treasurer and the membership secretary)

New Membership

  • Sign up using the online membership form.  
  • When you get to the payment method, choose "Credit Card (Stripe)", which is the only option.  
  • Submit the form and an invoice will be generated, with the option of paying immediately via credit card.
  • If you don't want to pay via credit card, save the invoice and you can pay using one of these options:
    • Direct Deposit:  Use the BSB and Account numbers on the invoice.  Use the invoice number on the payment description.
    • Cash at a Meeting:  Give your cash to a branch treasurer at a branch meeting.  Give them a copy of your invoice so that they know what the payment is for.
  • Email our treasurer with evidence that the payment was made (invoice number and payment details):  treasurer@aeva.asn.au 

Membership Renewal

  • Log into the website first, then open your profile (click on your name at the top-left of the screen).
  • Look for the Renew Now link (visible if renewal is due), click on it and check the details.
  • When you get to the payment method, choose "Credit Card (Stripe)", which is the only option.
