After 20 years as a marketing PR consultant and business owner Lynelle has been able to use their skills in understanding strategic stakeholder management to solve complex social problems with innovative solutions.

In their latest enterprise they are applying the cutting edge of technology to marine sports and rescue with Australia’s first range of portable electric engines with serious performance and run times. And a range of super lightweight craft designed for fully electric outboards.

Since 2010 they have created over 19 partnerships addressing such problems as improving transport in a regional area, aboriginal education, alternative education for disengaged students, and work experience pathways.

Community engagement and community development skills coupled with business acumen are their key to success.

They have also completed several commercial research projects including: evaluating Aboriginal education programs for NSW Department of Education, gain insight into training needs for disability workers for Partners in Recovery and examine young people’s attitudes to working in aged care and disability for Regional Development.
