Here are some of the features of the new AEVA website.  Please take some time to look around.

Home Page

You've probably already had a look at this.  It displays current news, articles and events with a national focus.  If you go down a rabbit-hole and want to get back, the leftmost menu item is always 'Home'.

Branch Pages

One for each branch, for each branch to do with as they please.  Access them through the menu at the top ('Branches', or 'My Branch'), or via the big blue map of Australia partway down the home page.  You'll find news, articles, events and contacts specific to your local branch.  You'll be taken to your branch page when you log in.

Login menu item

Things change when you log in!  Log into the site to access pages and functions that are not shown to the casual visitor.  When logged in you'll see a blue menu bar with your name on it, giving you new options based on your access.

I need more (or perhaps fewer) emails!

Each branch sends out the occasional email with information specific to that branch.  Meetings, local events, news etc.  You can subscribe (or unsubscribe) to the mailing list of as many branches as you like.  To do so:

  1. Make sure you are logged into the website
  2. Click on your name -> Profile.
  3. At the bottom left you'll see 'Groups'.  This lists the mailing lists that you are signed up to.
  4. To see others available, and to add or remove groups, click on the gear icon next to Groups.

How can I contribute?

Any member can request access to upload content, including news, articles, photos and events.  You'll be given access that lets you do what you need to do, without the risk of breaking anything!  An hour of training over the phone is recommended to get you going.
To request content access, send an email to membership@aeva.asn.au
