The Tasmanian branch aims to represent the EV interests of individuals and businesses throughout the state.
Meeting dates are: 21/11/18 (Hobart), 30/1/19 (Devonport), 27/3/19 (Hobart), 29/5/19 (Launceston), 31/7/19 (AGM, Hobart), 25/9/19, 27/11/19.
Meetings are in Hobart unless otherwise indicated and we can accommodate Skype attendees.

Lufra to Lookout Hillclimb
"The most beautiful, coastal, hillclimb event in Australia". Short, steep racing, with each run lasting approximately 100 seconds. You nominate a time and are judged on how close you can come to that time. Perfect for EVs.
The current record-holder for EV drag racing in Tasmania is entered in this event. This is the only view that most people get of this speed machine:

Several AEVA members have expressed interest in the driver training day this weekend Sunday 24th July at Baskerville near Hobart.
The day is intended as an introduction to racing for those with no racing experience.
Completion of this course will satisfy the entry requirements for the 2016 Lufra Hillclimb on August 20th.
