Presenting at AEVA Queensland Branch Meeting
There are three ways to present at the QLD branch meetings
Please note : Due to stump maintenance, we have to host display vehicles in the carpark.
Hall location is Albion Peace Centre, 102 McDonald Road, Windsor, QLD, 4030.
The hall is normally opened one (1) hour before the meeting starts to setup.
Meetings are streamed and recorded using zoom.
When audience members are asking questions, we request to wait until the audience member is given a microphone, or repeat the question so Zoom audience can hear.
Formal Presentation
- Power Point is preferred (or Keynote)
- Power point file, Video or Pictures can be brought on USB stick - ExFAT preferred (not encrypted)
- Clicker provided to advance slides
- Microphone is provided for hall and zoom audiance
- Email secretary@qld.aeva.asn.au or chair@qld.aeva.asn.au
- Included in the Notification to members (if notified two weeks before meeting)
Informal Presentation
- Bring a product or vehicle for display
- Short talk about the product or vehicle, with no presentation
- Display a website or pictures and chat about it.
- Optional (but preferred) Email secretary@qld.aeva.asn.au or chair@qld.aeva.asn.au
- Included in the Notification to members (if notified two weeks before meeting)
Members Call Up
Before the end of the meeting, we will call for members to have a chat about what ever they like. Examples include
- Invite new members to introduce themselves
- Chat about any videos or interesting information that have seen
