AEVA's new draft constitution is ready for review!
The AEVA will be converting from an incorporated Association to a Company Limited by Guarantee. This is a common transition for not-for-profits who operate on a national level.
Most importantly, this does not change our organisation's goals, mission or objectives, nor does it change our name - We will remain the Australian Electric Vehicle Association, but with Ltd at the end, instead of Inc. Once the document has gone through a 4 week review period, the final version will be ratified at the AEVA National AGM, due to be held in late November. From here, we will start the countdown to becoming the Australian Electric Vehcile Association Ltd.
